Stephen Walker

Stephen focuses his practice on helping businesses and individuals mitigate risk and resolve a broad range of commercial disputes. Stephen regularly advises on matters concerning the drafting and negotiation of contracts, compliance with state and federal law, and property disputes. He has represented national and community lenders, equipment manufacturers, commercial and residential developers, property management companies, and community associations in a wide array of structured workouts, reorganizations, and litigation proceedings.

After law school, Stephen clerked for Judge Brett Kassabian at the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia and for Justice Tamara Barringer at the North Carolina Supreme Court.
