Hannah focuses her practice on the areas of civil litigation, construction law, and local government and land use law. She represents clients in complex business matters involving trade secrets, intellectual property, and contract disputes. Hannah also works with owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and sureties at every stage of a construction project, including pre-construction preparation of contract documents; change order negotiations and project management; preparation and defense of lien claims; and final dispute resolution. Similarly, Hannah helps developers obtain land use approvals and represents landowners with respect to a variety of real property issues. Hannah also advises local municipalities on land use and governance matters.
