Candy focuses her practice on estate and trust administrations. Candy assists spouses, children and fiduciaries navigate the probate process through the preparation and filing of court documents, assisting with identifying and transferring of assets and coordinating payment of estate expenses and obligations. Prior to joining McGuire, Wood & Bissette, Candy worked for several years in Florida as a commercial litigator and locally in Western North Carolina as a legal aid attorney and an estate planning attorney.
