MWB Attorneys Kathleen Rodberg and Andrew Atherton recently attended the 23rd Annual North Carolina Bar Association Elder & Special Needs Law Symposium in Pinehurst North Carolina. Kathleen provided an update about recent case law, legal updates, and statutory developments in North Carolina relevant to the practice of elder law and related topics.
In addition, Kathleen Rodberg was appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the NCBA Elder and Special Needs Law Section for the 2019-2020 year. Andrew Atherton currently serves as legislative committee co-chair for the Section and previously served as Chair of the section.
