McGuire Wood & Bissette was a proud supporter of the Western Carolina Medical Society’s Family Fall Festival on Sunday, October 27th, 2019. The Festival is an opportunity for WCMS to welcome new physicians and their families to the region. Attendees learned more about WCMS while enjoying lunch and enjoying the beautiful views at Claxton Farm. MWB attorney Kathleen Rodberg serves on the WCMS Foundation Board as Secretary.
The WCMS Association is the physicians’ voice advocating for the health of physicians in our area, their patients, and the community by strengthening the relationship between physicians and their patients. The WCMS Foundation is the physician and community-led charitable arm of the medical society. The Foundation’s projects include WIN Interpreter Network, Healthy Healer, WNC Colorectal Cancer Screening Initiative, and Project Access.
