Andrew and Kathleen will be presenting at the North Carolina Elder and Special Needs Law Section Annual Meeting in Pinehurst, NC on the 25 and 26th of February. The annual meeting is a two-day conference of experts across the country presenting on a broad range of topics of interest to North Carolina attorneys practicing Elder and Special Needs law. Kathleen, for the third year in a row, will be co-presenting the annual update of cases and statutes affecting the elderly and disabled. Andrew will be co-presenting Advanced Medicaid planning techniques.
