As an estate planning attorney, Lorin Page helps craft personalized plans that provide each client structure, security and most importantly, peace of mind. His approach to solving problems is grounded in listening closely to what matters most to his clients in order to help them to develop a legal framework that meets their goals.
As a business attorney, he applies those same skills to helping his clients navigate the issues facing family business owners. In addition to his experience in trust and estates law, Lorin holds an advanced degree (LL.M.) in taxation. He uses this background to provide clients with insights into the tax implications of their estate and business planning.
In his estate planning and administration practice, he has worked on wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, valuation discounted entities, charitable lead and remainder trusts, and counseled clients through a wide range of trust and probate administration matters.
In his business practice, he helps clients form entities, deal with executive compensation, draft purchase and sale agreements, consult on captive insurance companies, and advise on tax structuring and business succession planning.
Lorin is an Asheville area native. He lives in Hendersonville with his wife and two children.
