Alston F. Ludwig

Alston Ludwig is a civil litigator who focuses his practice on construction and property disputes. Prior to joining McGuire, Wood & Bissette, Alston practiced with a large regional law firm, where he gained experience in complex commercial civil litigation and products liability litigation. Alston uses this knowledge to advise clients on how to prevent small issues from becoming big problems, and, in the event a dispute arises, he zealously advocates on their behalf throughout the course of litigation. Alston has experience litigating cases in both state and federal court including matters before the United States Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.
