Doris Phillips Loomis

Doris brings extensive experience in the area of estate planning and probate law to each engagement as she advises her clients on available planning options. She works to ensure the efficient management of an estate during incapacity and structures an estate plan to promote the orderly disposition of the estate at death. She focuses on the reduction or elimination of federal estate taxes through lifetime gifts, credit-shelter trusts and inter vivos or testamentary charitable gifts and trusts. Doris is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. In estate and trust administration, she strives to provide supportive and knowledgeable counsel to personal representatives and trustees.
